Jake Fisher started Coaction Advisors in 2020 to assist early-stage healthcare ventures in their efforts to bring value to patients, providers, and health systems. Jake has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare on the provider and vendor side of the industry.

Prior to founding Coaction Advisors, Jake worked for HCA Healthcare for 14 years where he progressed through the organization in expanded leadership roles. He initially completed HCA’s Chief Operating Officer Development Program before serving as the COO at Frankfort Regional Medical Center in Frankfort, KY and Largo Medical Center in Largo, FL. Jake was promoted to the role of CEO at Tampa Community Hospital in Tampa, FL and later to the CEO position at Palms of Pasadena Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL.

Throughout his HCA career, Jake focused on building a positive culture and employee engagement to drive improved quality and patient satisfaction. As a CEO, both hospitals he led received recognition as Top 100 Workplaces in Tampa Bay.

Prior to joining HCA, Jake spent 6 years with Cardinal Health’s Medical Supply Distribution Division in finance, supply chain management and sales.

Jake’s diverse experience in hospital operations and medical supply distribution with a proven track record of success provides his clients with valuable support to build and support their products and services across the healthcare space.
